Yeah he's always had a winning record. But that's a catch 22. Good enough to make the playoffs, but not win a playoff game for 8 years. And it keeps them from drafting high enough to get a chance at a top quarterback.

I'm sure the players still back him, but the fans there have lost faith. It may be in the teams best interest to trade him to some team desparate for stability, like Jacksonville or Las Vegas.

I miss seeing the Steelers be a losing team anyway!

Ford you have great points. Tomlin would be better off starting fresh somewhere else because there clearly is a disconnect which is probably a front office problem. He would not be looking at a hopeless dumpster fire like the jets or jags. A Super Bowl winner would get a gig at a contender. Or Chicago where you can be average and collect a check for several years because the front office is lost at sea on the lake.
