My son, Jacob (body weight 183.3 lbs.), crushed his 2nd power-lifting competition, winning his weight class in Men?s Raw Junior, Men?s Raw Open, and earning ?best lifter? of the competition overall!!! 💪💪💪

He moved 452 lbs. on squat, 358 lbs. on bench, and a new PR of 507 lbs. on deadlift!!! 1,317 lbs. in total.

Nice! Congrats to him! I'm a member of the 1300 lbs. club, myself, although not these days. lol

But I also weighed quite a bit more than him, so that's even more impressive.
