Goldchains story time! Around fifteen years ago, I worked for a company called Frontgate, which sold a lot of high end outdoor furniture and other items. Yojoe might recognize this as they are located up in West Chester Ohio near where he lives. I worked in the customer service department, so dealing with rich people all day who could afford it. Funny enough, you would think they would be even more rude than your average Karen, but they were all actually nice people. I suppose it’s because they could just pay others to be rude for them.

Anyhow, one day I take a customer service call, and the customer states they are Rue Mclanahan. The voice sounds oddly familiar. I think no way in hell it’s really her.

However, her and her assistant proceed to get information about a large shipment of furniture that was being delivered through yellow freight that week. It really is her. The address and information checks out. She was extremely nice.

And that’s my brush with a Golden Girl. Very cool moment for me. I also spoke with Gerard Butler, the lead actor in 300, and Derek Jeter. I still hated that job lol.

No sireeee! My hard fast rule is only to get Classified of the original ARAH vintage counterparts that appeared in the toon. I wanted Serpentor, but not at that price. I wanted Mindbender but not at that price. I want Cobra Commander but I want the Haslab version that looks like the 82-83 figure. Baroness? Maybe. Destro? Maybe. Cobra Trooper, Viper, BAT...maybe. Tomax and Xamot? Idk. That's why I am sticking to good guys, just like the Super7 Thundercats. Just need Snarf from that, and I really need a DC Universe Classics Gleek. AND Plastic Man. Ugh. Everyone needs a Plastic Man. And a Darth Vader. And an Optimus Prime. I have two of those and now I want a Plastic Man lol. I used to love that cartoon.
