Not sure a figure like that exists in the black series. wouldn't ithave to be from the Black Series since those are the ones with better articulation?

I hear you, but given that those connotations are from WWII and applied to enemy combatants, i think they're hard to ignore in this context. But, it's not my project...

Usually figures start to grow on me. This one has the opposite effect. The more I look at it the less I like it. I am either going to repaint this guy or just scrap him.

If I get one I don't know if it's wise to do major changes on a $40 figure that will more than likley double in price.

Maybe a Magnaguard Droid? I have no idea how expensive or easy to get they are, though. Some of the Clone Wars Commando Droids may work, since they have ball-jointed shoulders, but they do have the typical Battle Droid hands, which may not be desirable.

No, I agree. I wouldn't use the name personally due to the connotations...just saying that there is a meaning beyond the connotations. Also, I think the Gamora arms could look good, too, especially if we aren't going for an overtly robotic look.
