Morning!
I've been thinking about zombies and their cultural impact. More specifically, what it says about our society. I think it's a weird deal, and it speaks to four things about us: 1). Some of us dig cannibalism 2). Some of us want an excuse to kill other humans 3). There's a societal fascination with entropy/post-apoc/survivalism/the end of societal norms 4). Many of us are bored/have too much free time None of that shit is a good thing.

I fall under #3 for survivalism, to a certain degree. I love being the protective husband and dad. During extreme weather events I'm the one who is calm and has the plans all laid out. I stock up on food and supplies. During evacuations, I have the escape routes and destinations mapped out. I actually get a kick out those situations.

Again, me too. I get some sort of sick excitement/joy when the shit hits the fan and everyone else is panicking.

The lead singer of Creed is actually my in-law's spouse's relative. Talk about a washed up has been (never was?).
