Hisstank Late Night thread...

Oh shit man deer chili and deer salami are the best. We usually make a huge pot eat a bunch freeze a bunch drink a lot of beer....fun times. At the store now to find some ghost peppers to toss in. I find that keeps the stop by eaters at bay. Haha.

Ha! Yeah I'm the only fire eater in my house so I make it weak and just doctor mine up. I hope I can get a doe this year, I'm not a trophy hunter I just want meat. Do you hunt, how is it up there?

I use a husky utility when i do it that way. Blade is a tad thicker, but stronger than the exacto.

I don't hunt. I used to hunt squirrel and rabbit, but never deer. It is prime here though, seems everyone except me does it. Plenty of deer too. They even come up in the back yard and play around. I toss them some food every now and then. They eat the hell out of pumpkin and pumpkin seeds. I always wanted to hunt deer but just never got started. I think Deer Salami is my favorite food of all time though.

Yeah deer hunting is tough, it's so damn expensive. I haven't been in years myself but I have a friend who limits out every year from his back porch. He usually gives me a doe, I just pay for processing. I'm partial to jalapeno cheddar venison summer sausage, damn it's good.

My father in law lives for that shit. Never been my thing, but i do enjoy the fruits of that labor. Deer jerky, especially.

Oh yeah, my mom makes some killer deer jerky. If I get one this year I will have to send out some care packages.
