Yeah, "Karen" doesn't have anything to do with "cancel culture". What happened is all the videos of women freaking out about not wearing masks (actual "Karens", yelling at teenage store employees when there are govt or chain mandates) brought the name to the front of the internet and certain people discover "Karen" can be used as an insult so they start using it to insult everyone for everything.

The Waffle House Index reminds of the Andy Dalton Index. I think is was Jeff Darlington who created it, but it states that if your quarterback is better than Andy Dalton, he's a long-term solution. If he's worse than Andy Dalton, you need a new quarterback.

I have a cousin whose name is Karen. She fucking hates it! With how bad it's gotten, she's absolutely seriously considering changing her name...and she's 45 years old.
