That sucks man. If your home AC breaks down in Florida, that makes your home basically UN-livable. You'd need a hotel or a repair ASAP. I now keep an extra Window unit AC at all times just in case.....and a generator.

Have a Camry, never had it break down. And yeah thankfully Wisconsin summers aren’t as bad as Florida.

Never been to Asheville, but I've been to Boone and Banner Elk! Boone is such a cool weird little town.

Grandfather Mountain is about and hour and half away. It's a really cool place if you're up for the drive.

Well I did alot of bitching at the manager at Firestone today. Got a couple of my friends who are mechanics involved...and then POOF! they decided not to charge me the extra $1800. Oh yeah, and they gave me 10% off so that is another savings of $247.50. Go figure!

I am truly thinking they heard my situation and wanted to try and milk as much as they could.
