When a person makes posts for the sole purpose of upsetting people and provoking an emotional reaction. There have been people here who will post inflammatory and disgusting things to others here, like calling them stupid, retarded, suggesting they kill themselves, calling them idiots. They've even made fake accounts and purposefully picked a certain individual and constantly harassed him.
