I went back and read that thread, what a shit show.

For what it's worth I think Benjamin is a good dude. Thought I would remind everyone that Benjamin was under attack from Lantern a while back, much the same Itch was. It was nuts. That has probably left a sour tatse in Benjamin's mouth toward this entire site.

The dude that told Stormtrooper to kill himself was the problem, that was over the top and no need for it. He was clearly the trouble maker.

I had assumed all along that the Stormtrooper screen-name was related to Star Wars, not the Nazis. It kind of reminds me of an episode of Curb Your enthusiasm where coincidence after coincidence leads to a huge misunderstanding. (Screenname + picture + comment, etc). I do think the phrase that got everyone so worked up should be retired though, not a good phrase to make a comeback.

What I didn't agree with, was after Stormtrooper explained himself, and apologized, and offered not to use the phrase again, they continued to hammer him. No need for that.
