Oh, and Pepsi Throwback that everyone is talking about. Yeah, that's pretty good. I notice with sugar instead of corn syrup the pop is a bit less fizzy and some people at my workplace whom tried it think of it as less...'burn feeling' compared to normal Pepsi. LOL I also tried the Mountain Dew Throwback. It's okay. Though to me it doesn't make that different of a taste compared to the the Pepsi one. Coke needs to do a Throwback... The TRUE Original Coca-Cola. |

I miss butterfinger BB's and the really cool mario soda that had the characters on the cans, mario was regular, peach was punch, and luigi was lemon-lime

Also McDonalds...yes they're still around but it's not the same the food all tastes different, because everyone is trying to go healthy. Don't get me wrong I try to be healthy and workout and stay active, but when I want a greasy burger and some good fries, I want them to taste the way I remember them!

Remember when a lot of cereals were based on cartoons as well? A number of them were really good I recall...
Smurf Berries Cereal... Not a fan of the toon, but the cereal was one of the best tasting berry cereals ever in my mind. I've tried so many berry themed cereals looking for a duplicate, but sadly...nothing. Nintendo Cereal... Two seperate bags in one box. On one side was the fruity Super Mario Bros. cereal with pieces shaped like...well, SMB characters. And berry Legend of Zelda on the other side with of course, LoZ shaped pieces. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cereal... Frosted chex-like cereal pieces and TMNT themed marshamallows. Basically a themed Lucky Charms, but hey, TMNT was awesome when you're a kid. Surprised it didn't get brought back for the newer show and stuff. Ghostbusters cereal... Fruity shaped pieces and white ghost marshmallows... Also good... Come to think of it... a LOT of cereals used to have marshmallows in them. Nowadays I only see Lucky Charms on shelves. Our store used to carry Count Chocula all the time and Franken Berry and Boo Berry came out every Halloween... Now even that cereal has turned into a holiday themed cereal like the other two... And I don't even recall seeing any of them this last Halloween. Last edited by MST3KFan; 05-28-2009 at 05:02 PM.. |
