shows how much I pay attention to everything else that is in Wal-Mart lol. Walk in, look for Joes. See no Joes and head for the nearest exit rejected.

No huge surprise. Haven't seen a Joe since wave 3 and then very few. No MU in forever None of the recent movie themed figures. Just last night I finally found some Captain America winter soldier figures at 1 Walmart. (There is 5 in my local area). However they have tons of those non- articulated IM3, SW, and such that nobody wants (Hello Hasbro!!!) Amazing how companies get so big that they just don't listen to their consumer base smh.

Honestly though for other stuff, I don't see alot of empty shelves, the two closest to me tend to be well stocked. Maybe its more of a regional population to # of stores ratio.

I've always said I prefer to buy groceries at dedicated grocery stores, but my collecting hobby drove me into Wal-Mart to buy toys, and it was convenient to buy groceries while I was there.
I haven't found much of anything in the Wal-Mart toy section in some time . . . and I've been buying groceries almost exclusively at grocery stores. I used to go into Wal-Mart every day after my five-day-a-week job, but I've only been in a couple times in the last few months. |

-take 10 min. to maneuver through the parking lot and try to find a space, then walk half a mile to the entrance -take another 3-5 minutes to wade through the crowd and walk all the way to the back of the store to the toy department. Narrowly avoid injury by oblivious, really overweight old women driving those little mortorized cart thingies -spend 2 minutes looking at the 8 foot/only one side of the action figure aisle to see they ain't got $h!t -take another 5-10 minutes to get back in the car and out of the parking lot, shaking my head saying "why did I bother?" Yeah, not really worth it. I think the last time I actually purchased a toy there was about 8 months ago, found a lone Ret. Ninja 4x4 for $10 on clearance. Kinda sad, because back in the day (90s, early 2000s), I use to hit the jackpot finding cool stuff there. |

I remember the last time I bought a toy in a Walmart. It was over two years ago. No this past Christmas, not the Christmas before this past Christmas, but the Christmas before that one... December 2011, I guess? The weekend before Christmas I found the motherload of POC/30th Anny. I got Sci-Fi, Lifeline, Airtight, etc. Last time I bought a toy of any kind in a Walmart.

Wal-marts in my area are always a mess, barely stocked shelves, poor selection of whatever good you may be looking for. 2 or 3 registers open out of 20+ at any given time (to be fair, Target is the same in that regard). I only go to one when its the last resort now.
