Anyone else watching?
We are at pick 3. With 1. Fisher and 2. Joeckel off the board. Pick 3 is where the draft gets interesting from here on out. Will it be a Sooner in Lane Johnson or the field?

I'm OK w/ the Falcons' pick, but I'd rather get that stud DT from FL.

I also thought the Jets blew the opportunity to get him with the pick that they got for Revis. They ended up taking a guy that was probably the 3rd best DT on the board instead. He may turn out good, but I like the other two guys at that position ahead of him. I love the Rams first pick. I think the Bills reached at 16. What's up with the Cowboys? The analyst's that I heard while I was watching said that they took a guy with a 3rd round grade at number 29. It certainly was an interesting first round. There were not a lot of big time "Skills" guys at all. It was the first time there were no RB's drafted in the 1st round for the first time since 1963. I got buddies in Detroit that are just pissed. Another project DE that probably will not pan out. Especially when he tells Suzy Colber, "I'm the Lebron of Detroit!"

Hey Starfighter,
Did you know your beloved Sooners stole the Boomer Sooner fight song from Yale's Boola boola? It's OK though; Yale still has more national championships.

Boring draft. Only the Bills and Cowboys with "huh" picks.
I'm glad my Pats traded out of the first round, their spot (#29), is close enough to second that they'd be picking the same level of guy late 1st or in the 2nd. They needed the additional 3/4/5 round picks more then the first rounder.

That the Bills didn't take Ryan Nassib tells you a lot about Nassib. He's the Syracuse QB and the Bills new head coach was Nassib's former coach at Syracuse.
Bills could have had any QB and that they chose Manuel, traded up to get him, says that they didn't think Nassib was as good.

I'm happy the Browns got Barkevious Mingo. I was hoping they'd get Dee Milliner, but Mingo was the best defensive player in the draft I think. I was so glad that the Lions took Ziggy Ansah just ahead of them, because he seems to be the most likely bust in the whole first round. And I'm pretty sure he's 48 years old. I thought he was going to eat Suzie Kolber when she tried to interview him.

That is the first time I've heard that name... it is so cool; sounds like a Bounty Hunter from Star Wars. LOL
