Gives me more time with my girlfriend and our black lab and on here. Also more time for making customs and the only down side besides the uncertainty of a job in the future is the constant ideas I get all day/night long for new customs!

I've been unemployed since November 5. The few jobs in my field that open up are just mobbed. One company I applied for received more than 200 applications for a single open position. It's very, very frustrating.

i started out by claiming disability and using those monthly checks on Joes. I get disability checks for 3 of my kids too because I claim they have impairments as well. Since I don't work, I'm also on the foodstamp program so selling off the stamps gives me more Joe funds. I take out student loans that I have no intention of paying back or for actually paying for classes, instead I use that loan money for...you guessed it, Joes. My parents' retirement checks also go into the Joe fund. I'm currently selling my story to anyone willing to pay for an interview, and I have a website setup for any fool who's willing to donate $$$ to my sick habit. I take VISA, Mastercard, and Paypal.

my last good job was a pizza delivery gig turned asst manager. i liked it but customers are way to picky about food. before that i uploaded and edited pictures and hotel rates for a major hotel chain. that was really good, im pretty good and fast w/ computers. right now im struggling, unemployed and it is started to suck
never blew up into the skate scene, but i had a chance or two that i missed out on. i did just get back from skating though and had a lot of fun, i went w/ some kids who are making it happen |

Structural Designer. I design wood floor and roof trusses as well as structural beams. What's ironic was about 5 years ago companies would "steal" each other's employees. That is why we had ridicoulously large salaries. Then when the home market went to shit, we were laid off by the hundreds. This time 3 years ago, our company had 111 designers in the state of Florida. Now they have 2 full time designers and 3 estimators.

Thanks. And I wish all the best to everyone else out there on the 'tank as well. Just be like any agent of Cobra, even though they always get beat by the Joes, they keep coming back for more and sooner or later they WILL win!
