This has always bugged me. I've always liked the cartoon colored version of characters compared to their toy and/or comic book counterpart, ie Toon Hordak, Toon Shredder to name 2. I know few yrs later they did came out with a toon Shredder figure cause of the show's popularity. We didn't get toon versions of GI Joe characters til the last few yrs. Lately the 2 popular Hasbro properties, TF and Joe, whenever they get a toon, the toys are show accurate, ie TF animated/Prime, Resolute/Renegades.
