As I stated in the last poll, at the best star wars is a regressing society and in 25 thousand years coudn't match less than 500 years of development in the star trek movies.
Examples Transporter tech and instant faster than light travel. I've never heard Sulu say "the nav computer needs a few minutes to plot a course" As to the force, well vader isn't going to choke anything when his atoms get teleported across a solar system. And the point other people tried to make about "the federation fights fair and wouldn't have a chance" the federation stopped that several times in it's history, like all societies when it's threatened it knows it's time to get dirty. Look at the dominion war, bio weapons are nasty and got used by the federation (founder plague). |
