There's a Jamaican restaurant down the street from my office and I enjoy their food immensely but their curry, stews, etc. are bones in...not big bones, but little bones and you have to pick them out as you eat. I'm not terribly fond of that though I imagine it's the traditional way to cook those dishes. I've encountered that at Indian restaurants as well. |
