Hey was wondering, a buyer that I had shipped a similar item to with a glass dome had arrived fine.
But the one I just shipped was packed fine and I shipped USPS priority is it my fault they broke it what should I do? I don't want bad feedback for something that wasn't my fault.

It's upsetting I have no negative feedback even if I refunded the cash it will still be broken.

If you ship something made of glass you really should spring for the insurance. I always insure anything over $50 anyway.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item gets to the customer safely, not USPS
That's per Ebay rules. |

Get insurance when shipping anything breakable like glass.
USPS will find a way to bust glass items no matter how well you pack it. If you didn't insure then just refund the buyer to avoid negative feedback. They'd get their money back through paypal regardless

At least be PROACTIVE and refunding it now as opposed to making them go through Paypal will help
Doesn't mean you will get a negative |
