I think it's from the first movie. 18 inches and 96 points of articulation if I remember correctly.

lol right, the last pic was what made me want one, because that there is some damn fine articulation.

Whatever his intentions, I laughed. And for the record, I have a 6" Spidey 2 movie figure that is the best I've found; his articulation looks similar to this one. He's the best partly because his articulation rocks and also because I got him for $2 at a comic shop.
