This is for Huer-Ta....and myself. Our goal as the "Hanz and Franz" of the Tank is to.....pump you up or kill you trying.
If you're a fitness buff, recreational athlete, weight lifter/body builder......or fat worthless, fast food eating distusting pig of a human being, this thread is for you!! (I took Dec off for the most part so count me among the disgusting pig people.) Let's go...whose ready? What is your diet/exercise regimn and health goals like for 2012? |

Yes!! 2011 has been a good lifting year. I finally hit a 500lb deadlift so I'm hoping for 2012 to be another breakout year. I'm shooting for a 550 deadlift and 475 squat. I hope we can keep this thread going all year not only for those who currently workout but also for those who plan on remodeling their lives and bodies for 2012.
Oh, and to help PV get over his case of chronic vaginitis... |

I do 12oz curls and occasionally jump my own rope....
I mean squat thrusts... Yeah squat thrusts. On a more serious note, I'm starting Karate at the end of Jan. Hopefully that will get me up and moving around more. I'm 6'1 and 190 right now, but i'd like to be a leaner, meaner llama. More muscle, less burrito LOL

Hahaha.....2011 was very good and I thought I was the strongest I had ever been. Towards the end though I think I burnt myself out and my gym was just getting to me. I joined one for 1/2 the cash and it's right behind my job. They def need to get more weight as some heavy hitters and come in take all the plates....but as much as that can be a pain in the ass, I'm glad those guys are there. New friends and motivation. I just got one of those Inzer forever belts with the lock on it for squats....man you aren't going anywhere in that thing, holy shit is that snug. I really want to go back to BJJ too but only once or twice a week, just to get the cobwebs out and crosstrain....I dont want to take away from my 315 6-8 goal. |
