Speaking of vaginas....450 was my highest dead last summer...I repped out 315 for 4 sets of 10 and then loaded it up to 335....I got in position and couldnt move it lol.
I'm old enough to know it's better to rest and be strategic next lift. Another 2012 goal is to be injury free in the gym. |

Hahaha.....2011 was very good and I thought I was the strongest I had ever been. Towards the end though I think I burnt myself out and my gym was just getting to me.
I joined one for 1/2 the cash and it's right behind my job. They def need to get more weight as some heavy hitters and come in take all the plates....but as much as that can be a pain in the ass, I'm glad those guys are there. New friends and motivation. I just got one of those Inzer forever belts with the lock on it for squats....man you aren't going anywhere in that thing, holy shit is that snug. I really want to go back to BJJ too but only once or twice a week, just to get the cobwebs out and crosstrain....I dont want to take away from my 315 6-8 goal. |

Yeah I'm planning on being more active.I've got the food part down ok.I used to eat out a lot but I have cut down on that quite a bit..I've actually lost some weight I think.I'm kinda just taking baby steps right now.

I've really plateaued on the amount of weight I can lift... but I think that's just my age starting to kick in. So I'm going to start adding another day to my workout... from 4 days a week to 5. But really at this point, I'm not looking to rip out... just keep myself in shape and keep the fat off. Plus I love the mental high after my wo is done...
