When you watch the CBS game, it seemed like the announcers were going out of their way to be positive towards Tebow... they kept saying stuff like "his throwing motion has improved... look... here's proof" and they are doing this why his team is getting shellacked. He almost gets a safety, fumbles the ball in his own endzone... and the announcers turn it into a positive and say he was nimble enough to regain the ball and throw it a way. He gave up a 29 yard sack... which I think tied an NFL record... but still... it is okay... because he is improving. I don't think Tebow will win another game this year... surprisingly his division is so weak it might not even matter.

Much like baseball. It's better when it's the Yankees (even though I effing HATE them) or Boston in the World Series. The ratings are no where near what these two teams bring in when they are playing. The only exception would be the Cubs at this point. |

The Pats were a dynasty back when they won their Super Bowls. Can't call them that now, even though they are perennial contenders because you'd have to say the same thing about the other teams that are consistently in the playoffs (Pittsburgh, Ravens, Packers, Saints, etc..).
A Football dynasty has to win Super Bowls and be in contention for the Super Bowl year in and year out. Pittsburgh is the current dynasty and if the Packers get another Bowl, they'd be the current one. And I'm a huge Pats fan and can't stand the Steelers.

Steelers are currently more of a Dynasty than the Pats, PERIOD!
Steelers have been have won 30% of the last 6 and been in 50% of the last 6....the last 6 being since the Pats last won. Pats have gone once in the last 6, losing to the Giants. Technically there ARE no current Dynasties. There is no team winning it every single year. Pats were the last TRUE Dynasty, but that ended 7 years ago. |
