If you dissconnected it then re-connected it before checking for leaks, it more than likely was a loose connection and perhaps not threaded correctly.
Have you tried using it again? |

nah, not yet. i'm not really hungry, i just finished eating my staek from last night. probably around dinner time i will grill something and check it out. after i read the link ct posted, it said over filled tanks could do this, and i just had it filled the other day, and this was the first time i used it since i filled the tank.

Like Headman said propane is cold as hell and you usually see these leaks in forklifts. I burnt my hand once at Lowes trying to remove a leaky tank off a fork lift.

Leaks are not part of the normal process of using propane.
If you see frost forming while it's being used, it means there is a leak somewhere in the system. |
