Studies have been done, and they've found that it does make text more difficult to read. It doesn't affect reading times or accuracy, but it's hard on the eyes so people may ignore it entirely.

It's an encyclopedia that anyone can edit rather than a dictionary, but that doesn't instantly nullify its value.

Let me tell you a lil story about myself...

Back in the military, I e-mailed this supervisor from another dept about some stuff. Well it was not a practice of mine to type in caps but I guess I forgot and I wrote the e-mail in all caps.

I get a phone call from this Biatch and she is chewing me out because to her she thought that I was yelling at her because of the caps.

The least she could do is chew me out in person but nooooo...ah crazy Marines!
