while joe hunting i found this spartan guy and with 18 points of articulation and a bad ass blaster rifle...i picked him up at tru for 12.00. got him home opened him up and put said weapon in hand...bamb, thumb explodes off and i need to insert and glue it. such a bad ass fig i am upset it was made as such. anyone else have this problem, the way he is machined the thumb is a seperate insert its kinda weird for the scale. anyway shoddy spartan aside there is a sniper rifle variant due out...i want it so keep mein mind. have extra glue in case i need it. over all these figs rock

The figures are great, the craftsmanship, not so. McFeezy's been a source of broken parts for years. Might as well just do statues.

I bought majority of all the halo figures in wave one and part of wave two. I haven't had any problems with any of the figures I have. I really love these figures, although the scale is a bit off. Before they came out I was reading about them and they said it might be in joe scale. I was very excited until I bought them. Then I realized they're not joe scale. Either way they're great figures.

Its a Mcfarlane product, thats how they generally are. They are excellent display pieces but not really meant for play. I've learned this over the years as Ive been collecting Mcfarlane figures since the very beginning with Spawn series 1 and cont. to still collect his line( spawn, halo and the Dragon series mainly). I think almost every one of my tortured souls figures has one small part broken off due to people checking them out over the years.

i think the hands are the worst part of these figures. i have a bunch of them and it annoys me how certain weapons are pretty much impossible to switch between figures. i have had to bend fingers backwards to get a spartan to hold the energy sword.
And then the brute spikers. you have a better chance of impregnating a unicorn than getting a spartan to hold them in any worthwhile pose.
i also applaud the use of interchageable armor, but some if it falls off faster than lindsey lohan's drawers in a wnba locker room.

the figures look awesome though. i hope they tweak the durability and design of the hands. the weapon grip on almost every figure is weak as hell. i will keep looking for more halo 3 figures and keep my fingers crossed.
