Kota was brought to the present when Bolo stole Grover Cleveland's Presidential Time machine and traveled back to the Crestaceaus (sp?) period, and Kota stowed away. Little did Kota know that Bolo demands ass, grass, or cash because nobody rides for free! Since that day they have been sworn enemies.
