well that thought has crossed my mind.
we always hit the backroads pretty hard and if a dog, car from a hidden driveway, person walking or anything comes out from around a bend, we might eat it hard.... that would truly suck. |

Outback ever went Joe hunting on your bike yet? I contemplated it but I worried they would get crushed in my backpack lol. Here some more pics from a ride my buddy and I did last summer.

sweet pics! that black and white with only the bikes in color is SICK! dude where do you live? that looks liike Cali. the closet thng to that here, not quite though is Rhode Island the "Ocean State". a lot of beautiful scenary. Massachusetts we have the woodlands and great backroad riding.
riding is the best thing ever...nothing beats it. i went all summer JOE hunting on the Gixxer. my backpack fit wave1 without crushing them (back in JULY). i just triple-bagged and made sure it was flat on my back. even bought some SIGMA stuff while on the bike. i go food shopping on it as well. pick up take-out, do it all kid! ps - i got hit the second time riding ever on a bike, by a car from behind. got back up and rode home. it's in my blood. Cool bikes and pics!!
I got a pair of soft saddlebags for my bike....wife and I used them for our clothes when we took off for mini-vacation with the bike. We'd mainly just head off in a direction...stop when we needed to eat or take a leak, eventually stop and stay somewhere overnight. Good times. Now we got the kiddies...so them days is on hold for now...and if you ask my son, it is HIS bike - I'm just borrowing it till he is big enough for it. lol

Yah I live down in socal. We get to ride pretty much all year round. The down side is the traffic and crazy drivers you have to deal with everyday.
What I really want to do is take my bike to the track and really open her up ,but my joe 25th addiction is eating into my track day fund. lol |

closet track here is Loudon in New Hampshire.
i knew those streets looked to clean to be east coast. i been to San Diego once, i loved it. the girls actually say hi to YOU. out here they flip you off if you even look at them more than 2 seconds. It's them east coast winters, they harden us up over here. life is more fast paced than out west. pretty soon my bike comes off the road until maybe ?April/May if i'm lucky. that is what sucks about New England riding. i wish i could live in Northern Arizona...year round riding!! |
