How beautiful do you have to be?
A 10 on a 10 scale? Or is a 9 or 8 good enough? Are regular beautiful models used for hand and feet modeling? Or do they have plain or even ugly-looking people with unusually pretty hands and feet who do that? I am thinking of changing careers, so I want to know. Can models have hairy backs as long as they're photographed from the front? Anybody know? |

You don't have to be good looking at all to be a model; I just read an article in Maxim recently about some agencies that represent people with unique looks.
RAGE / Uglymodels.org is one that comes to mind. You just gotta hit EVERY damn agency out there and who knows what they're looking for, you happen to show up one day and you've got that "something" they're looking for. Keep a few irons in the fire at a time; see about doing work as an extra for film and tv; I think about every major city out there has an organization that facilitates this. |

Unless their demographic is the average Joe fan. Then, I think you're in luck.

Judging by some of the 'ladies' I see parading around on catwalks these days, a would-be model's 'looks' seem to be the last thing that's considered. Whether that's true of blokes or not I wouldn't know.
