When I was a kid, my mother went into a blockbuster and asked where the Monty Python videos were, because I'd recently discovered Holy Grail on A&E and wanted to see everything by them. After an apparently stern moral talking-to by the video check out guy that embarrassed my mother and made her question her parenting skills, my mother told me there would be no Monty Python or Garbage Pail Kids in the house. After she went to bed, I went out to the trash can and took out all the GPK cards she'd tossed out. I put them in a metal recipe card box and hid them. 3 years later, after we moved, I remembered that I had left them in their hiding place under the shed. Since then, I've driven past that house and wondered if the box was still there. The shed was still there, but the home security sign and the Burr stickers on the SUV in the driveway made me reconsider how important finding out really was to me.

I was a GPK freak when I was a kid. My mom thought they were funny and not "morally corrupting" like some of my friends parents. I used to get them at every chance. I had ever single card up to set 13 or so at one point. After various moves and cleaning out my stuff multiple times, they eventually hit the trash. I wish I had of never thrown them away.
Id LOVE to get the new ones. I dont live anywhere near a Target though, and I hate big-box stores in general so Id rather not buy them there. Does anyone know what stores they can be bought at, or online? Do they have a site (yes, Im sure google will help and I will check that, just wondering). Anyway, VERY cool. Ill be buying some for sure. |

Are they still stickers? or just cards?
Do any of you remember some Dino cards that showed them killing people and destroying things? |

They might understand the curiosity, but then there's that whole -30 year old stranger at the front door wondering if his 'fartin' fred' trading card might still be somewhere on their property- thing to consider.

I've picked up a few packs to satisfy my ancient feelings as well. And now. . . I have to look into the dinosaurs attack cards. I remember those being awesome. Of course everything was at that age.
