I just received a notice from Matty.com saying my club Eternia was "cancelled" with no reason given ,so i called their so -called "customer service" and they didn't give me an answer either or knew anything ,they just kept on hold and said someone would be getting back to me in 48-72 hours ..really nice i sign up and buy the subscription thinking it would be less stress ,and it turns out being more stressful than not having it ?
Any one else deal with the bullshit from Matty.com or had something like this happen to them ? It seems like they might have sold out of the March MOTU figures ,and didn't have enough to ship out to the subscribers ,so they probably just cancel to buy more time or try to shift blame for thier screw up .I will definatly not be signing up for the 2012 subscription if this is the way they deal with their customers . Mattel you suck !!! |

Try calling this number 877-229-3743. Rexplode posted it on the MOTUC thread. Guess it's a U.S. based #. Alot of peeps have also said posting on the MattyC forum about an issue like that helps. Good luck.

Dude, check with your credit card company!!!
The same thing happened to me. In my case, the credit card company said I had disputed shipping charges with Matty, but I never did. Matty's response was to cancel the subscription. I had to have my credit card company cancel the charges dispute (which I never disputed...I don't know how that happened but I assume it was an error on the card company's fault) to get the subscription reinstated. And good luck getting someone who speaks English in a comprehensible accent. I had to contact them like three or four times and could only understand about 1/4 of what they said over the phone...bad connection on top of the language barrier on all occasions. I nearly cried when they connected me with Jessica in New York or wherever she was. I never did get a specific answer that made any sense from the Mattel people and/or the service they used 'til I talked to her. She was the only one who could explain what happened. I even got told by one of the earlier operators everything was fine and there were no problems but I got no e-mail confirmations of it so I never believed it. Try to keep a sense of humor is all I can tell you. ;)

Thanks Dreadnok ,i called the number you posted and everything was corrected and i will recieve the figures that were not shipped to me in March .
