The whole "Sealed AFA" is a misleading lie though. It has not been graded at all, and so you have to go on the seller's "opinion" of what it would grade out at. The mold of that roadblock is the best ARAH Roadblock imo though.

^ Agreed on all fronts with A.A. That roadblock was indeed awesome, but for whatever reason, it was deemed that "you'll poke your eye out" with the disc launcher that was originally included.

Looks like a sweet collector's piece, but I'd want it MOC, just not at that price.
I think I have figured this out. Before 1990, toys that had shooting parts poked out eyes. After 1990, they did not. But they also became neon. So neon toys do not poke out eyes. Neon. Who knew. And knowing is half the battle. The other half? Not poking out your eye with launching equipment.

IIRC, Hasbro people said it was a quality issue. The launcher broke too easily.

I need to send them my list of things that broke too easily though. perhaps they can recall some of it now, 20 years after the fact, and we can get a handsome return credit??

I remember seeing him in stores and passed on him. Boy do I regret that now...haha. That was the best RB mold in my opinion back in the day and the colors were really nice. It sucked that you couldn't get that cool machine gun with him when the re-released him with a standard missile launcher. It wasn't till the Funskool one came out before I was able to get that gun.
