What's the best way to remove a figure without damaging the card?
I got a couple of the Star Wars vintage figures and I don't want to mess up the cards.

exacto knife or really any razor blade type knife

Why open up vintage SW figs? if theyve been on the card THAT long, why not KEEP em there?

He said the Star Wars vintage figures, not vintage Star Wars figures.
Same here, use a sharp knife and cut the plastic bubble close to the card. |

I like to save all of my cardbacks as well, so I've been cutting off the blister bubbles as long as I can remember using a razorblade as everyone has already suggested.
I do have a question for you though. Do you plan on sending away for the Boba Fett figure? If you do I think that you might have to ruin those cardbacks by cutting off the barcodes. I'm still debating if I want to do that or not myself. I think you can use barcodes from some of the other Star Wars figures so I might do that instead.
