Well if your talking the old ARAH molds an new o-ring from Home Depot does wonders in tightening up the overall figure including the T-bar.
As for knee joints I have cut up a ziplock bag put it into the joint, and then reassemble the leg. Afterwards I trim off the excess with an exacto...worked for me. |

I've heard you can use clear nail polish on loose joints. By layering the nail polish, you build the thickness on it which creates more friction in the joint.
Haven't done this myself, but it seems very reasonable.

nail polish light on the peg. let it dry completely. then reassemble.
if you reassemble to soon before it is dry. the leg will almost bond to the peg, possably breaking the peg when you try to bend the leg. just do light apps and take your time

thank you, I was talking about 25th, sorry I forgot to mention that. I have a dusty from the dvd pack and his legs are very loose. I figured out out to tightin the torso joint, I just fold up a piece of plastic from the figure tray and push it in till it's gone, that does the trick pretty well. but the legs are a differnt story, so I have to take the figure apart to do the nail polish thing?

Chastity belt.
Wait, different kind of loose... Actually, superglue works faster than nail polish. Dries in seconds. Put a dab in the joint and wiggle the joint until the glue is dry. You don't even hqve to disassemble the leg.
