Personally i like both but i like that their was a change in stlye to the 25th articulation of figures, i personally do not want to see the O-Ring come back at all, i think it should stay in the past

I've gotten used to the new construction style, but i really wish they'd bring back the back screw to ease disassembly.

Not sure their waists are located under their chests, lol.
As long as they crotches are better made(the original run was inferior and prevented them from sitting ) and they should have an easier assembly and reassembly screw. The O-ring are nice but they dont last and the crotch was prone to breakage. Also I should ass that the new figures need better and slightly harder plastics for the hands so they can actually hold a weapon well. |

M.E. all the way. They're finally making the toys look the way I've wanted them to look since I was 5 years old. The o-rings will always have a major nostalgia factor for me, but they look silly next to the new figures.

The o-ring will not make a full comeback but we're going to see them in the upcoming past & present sets. Collecting modern era has made me want to go back an start up and o-ring/vintage collection so I love both styles. I'm hoping Hasbro will throw o-ring lovers a bone when the 30th anniversary comes around.

I tend to agree with those who want to see the back screw return. It makes disassembly so much easier for us customizers! As far as the O-ring goes, well... I cannot ever see myself buying another O-ring figure. It would have to be something truly amazing for me to do so.

I think they should continue on with the new styles, though. There's a lot of holes to fill, and several of the figures were done pretty lazily, and could stand to be upgraded. They should integrate some more of the old RAH designs with the movie/PoC line, like they did with Rampage/Heavy Metal and Resolute Snake Eyes.
