I was Googling around and found this neat little article on an old Hasbro artist who created the Hydrofoil among other G.I. Joe stuff. Cool picture of him with the Hydrofoil. Enjoy.

Thanks for the link. Interesting to know that Leatherneck's headsculpt was based on his likeness. Funny that the article doesn't mention his name's inclusion into the GI Joe mythos as "Ronald Tadur" (Dusty's file name) which was changed to "Ronald Rudat" in the "The Traitor" two-part episode of the Sunbow cartoon.
