Hello. I was trying to replace the O-ring on my Flak-Viper (1992), and unfortunately, the leg broke at the thigh. What glue do you recommend for repairing it?
Thank you very much in advance. |

yeah second on superglue. i use loctite liquid. paint the break and then wipe the bits that squeeze out on the face of the leg. then put a decent amount of the glue on the inside of the leg where the break is.

Where is the break?
Super glue is hard to control, not reversible, and can destroy things. I only use it as a last resort. Please provide pics and I will be happy to provide detailed help.

Looks like it's been previously glued. Have you considered just sourcing a new upper leg? You can buy these parts fairly easily on eBay among other places.

I'm going to second getting a new part, if you can. Complete Flak Vipers are still fairly priced, parts even more so. Paste this number into your eBay search bar: 144815008923
