I gave him a 7. He's an interesting design and I like that he's a unique character (at least, I think he is), rather than a troop type, but he also doesn't come with any accessories. Yes, par for the course for ARAH G.I. Joe, but vehicle drivers should have all come with one gun, at least.

It must have been a last-minute call to not have him come with an accessory. I only say that because his artwork on the box depicts him carrying a machine gun.

Also never realized he was intended to be a single named character until fairly recently.

I'm kind of surprised a lot of people dislike him and I thought he would have been more popular.

vehicle drivers come with weapons even when they dont. they're surrounded by missiles and guns on the vehicle they come with.

I gave him an 8

Love the Cobra Airforce black, red, grey & silver. He looks great next to AVAC, Strato-Viper and Wild Weasel. I love the asymmetrical robotic helmet. I'm surprised he's not rated higher. His sculpt isn't as cool and intricate as the other Cobra Air force guys I mention and the lack of paint apps sort of makes the crotch look weird as one solid red piece even if that is as intended, but those are minor gripes.

I've never understood this figure. Was he originally supposed to be a robot? Why are the two halves of his helmet/face so different?

The head is weird and the body is bland. Meh. 6/10.

One of my absolute favorite character concepts/designs in the line. Extremely cool all around.

Wow I still haven't ranked this figure. Having a very tough time with this one.

I think the red "undies on the outside" look, really throws me off.

Part of the reason I liked him so much. Honestly, a lot of Cobra figures looked like they could fit in with SW.
