Oh boy. Knee-jerk grading, I gave him a 6. I liked the fact that he was part of that Alpine-Bazooka-Quick Kick buddy team in the cartoon...but even there, he was slightly annoying to me. Also, generally, I wasn't a big fan of the ninja elements. I know he's not a "ninja", but, he's "ninja-adjacent", lets say.

I guess the sculpt is solid enough, nothing wrong with it by 1985 standards. He's okay.
