I like the OG Dial-Tone, the red pants are crap. Taking off points for that and give him an 8.

Every figure in this set is a 10. With Wet Suit, Leatherneck and Mainframe all being improvements on their original figures. I was blown away by this when I first saw it at Toys R Us back in the day.

He is fine, but as with most of the repainted figures, the OG version is better.

Didn't have him, but I'll give him a 7. I liked the original Dial Tone and his accessories, but this one has weird colour combinations.
