Best Vehicle/Playset of 1983 PART 1

Well, the VAMP ran away with the victory in the 1982 poll, but this year will be a little more difficult. There are some really iconic vehicles in 1983, including the FANG, HISS, Skystriker, and Dragonfly. However, as much as I love the vehicles in the G.I. Joe toyverse, the playsets have always been my favourites and for this first part of 1983, I have to go with the Headquarters Command Centre. It was really cool and a clear sign of things to come, with the Flagg, Terror Drome, and Defiant soon following.

This is an occasion where child me and adult me agree 100%. While the Dragonfly and the APC are both excellent, that HQ is one of the all-time great playsets. It's a top five GI Joe toy for me.

Wow I figured the HISS would sweep this, but I guess it's kind of unfair to have vehicles competing with a massive playset. It would be like pitting a TIE Fighter and Dewback against the vintage Death Star lol.

It'd be hilarious if the Falcon gets even one vote. That thing broke to pieces practically the first time I tried to fly it.

I love the HQ and have one prominently on display in my room right now, but, of the batch in this poll, my vote still goes to the Dragonfly. I adored that thing when I was a kid, and wish I still had one.

The APC, HISS, and Dragonfly were all great. But for maximum play value, the HQ can't be beat. So many fun details.
