hard to pick between duke and dr.mindbender with all their warts. but i went with duke.

duke would have been better with a removable helmet and unbreakable thumbs. mindbender better without yellow pants. both are fantastic sculpts.

Cross-Country (v2) - The head sculpt was better than the original. The blue jeans were interesting.

Dr. Mindbender (v2) - Why our post vintage Vipers had bad legs. The idea was good, but the details get buried in yellow.

Duke (v4) - Generic in mostly a good way. Goggles needed paint! Interesting he was a Hall of Fame figure who became 3 3/4".

Firefly (v3) - Black is good, but kept green. They did that. They'd change the color that didn't need changing.

Flak-Viper (v2) - Or they'd change the color that needed changing and make it worse.

Frostbite (v3) - The head sculpt is too goofy. The body is a good basic arctic one, though.

General Flagg (v2) - Okay alternate look.

Gristle - Different from toon appearance. What a shocker. Almost Buzzer V2. I vote him because at least he was made and new enemy characters that weren't ninjas were welcome.

Gung-Ho (v4) - Changed a color that didn't need changing...

H.E.A.T. Viper (v2) - Decent sculpt/character design. But details get lost in a bland two color uniform. Could've been a new trooper, could've been Scrap Iron even, doesn't really tie in with original HEAT Viper other than FANG 2 launcher.

I went Duke V4. He was a pretty cool idea with Desert Storm/Shield happening to have a more modern military Duke.

I went with Duke as well. A very nice and simple design, though mine has his head swapped out his head for 94 Flint.

I can't believe I voted for Duke on anything. This is probably his best figure and the best out of this selection.

Next up would be Gristle and Cross-Country. I don't know anything about Gristle, he just seems like a better leader than Headman and looks like a threatening jerk. Cross-Country has cool jeans and a good sculpt held back by random neon.
