I don't think that's crazy at all. If more figures looked like that (and they ditched all the spring-loaded gimmicks) I would have kept buying GiJoes into my twenties easily. The vast majority of us were probably haunting the toy aisles way into the mid to late 90s quietly thinking "these all suck, I wish they were good enough to spend my money on still" or "man, I wish GiJoe came back."

People on this forum say all the time that we saw these in the toy aisles and were either super-picky or lamenting the state of the brand.
