I started out buying a Zartan with a broken o Ring for $14.99 shipped (includes the chest armor). Then I bought a pair of Zartan legs with a Left leg armor for $9.99 shipped. Finally, I bought a near complete Chameleon (with green crate), with a right leg armor for $17.99 shipped. The Chameleon is now complete, but definitely needs new stickers, but I'll work on that later.


I wish I bought it back then, but they were nowhere to be found! I miss the days of $2.99-$4.99 GI Joes! I'll definitely get a sticker set for the Chameleon! I found out Zartan, Zaranna, and Zander, still turn blue under UV light (since UV lights are available everywhere)! I had success changing the O rings on Zartan, and Zaranna (hot water softens plastic, and then I used the plastic flat tipped sticks to pry them open). Zander, someone f**ked with it, and tried to unsuccessfully cut it open (leaving gaps in the torso), so I just cut it open, replaced the O ring, and CA glued it shut (with Baking Soda as filler). I didn't care too much about Zander, because I bought that for $5.95 as part of an extra while buying other figures from one seller on Ebay!
