I was curious if someone could answer me this. Does the scout craft at the front of the raider hold a figure? I never had it back in the day and was always curious.

Yes obviously . The glass canopy opens to reveal a small seat. I had that glass canopy for about 10 years without realizing it belonged to the Raider which I had too!

It does. I bought one at the 2004 Joecon and found a 1986 Law in the cockpit of the scout craft when I dusted it a few months later.

Yes it does. It may be later in the line but it is such an awesome vehicle.
