They have to snap eventually. I've seen some of them snapped already. It ruins the aesthetics and cuts the value in half or more. How long can I expect them to last and how do you know?

I've debated this same question for years. Ultimately I avoid them for fear of breakage in the package.

Hopefully a good number of Retro figures get released so I can get that vintage MOC aesthetic without the vintage fear.

If mine fall apart, I'll open the bubble with an Xacto, superglue that bitch back together, then reseal the card. I've had to do it before lol.

This is why I only got carded vintage Joes in the $20 - $30 range from a few years back, because I knew I would eventually have to open them to fix them. You can’t get cheap carded vintage Joes now, except for Funskool, so I don’t even bother looking at the carded stuff anymore.

Waiting for the first recard to fall apart lol, had to open up a recarded hooded Cobra Commander once and fix something rattling around.
