That's awesome, one of my all time favorite movies. Props to MJF on rocking the Misfits shirt.

I saw Austin St. John, the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger.
Primarily, the day was a surprise/gift for my wife since her favorite movie/series is BTTF. So I wasn't trying to deviate from anything she wanted to do, but as we were killing time before the panel, I saw that his line was pretty much empty. I love Power Rangers and I wanted to get an autograph for my son who is also a big fan. He was super cool. I would have loved to see the other rangers, but they were out to lunch at that time. |

Not trying to be a dick, I'm genuinely curious....can MJF control his shakes well enough to sign stuff really cleanly? I thought his condition was getting worse as he aged.
I read his first autobiography about 15 years ago and it was a really compelling read. He comes across as a really genuine guy and not a phony Hollywood asshole. The last time I saw him on TV was his hilarious guest spot as himself on "Curb Your Enthusiasm" but that was about ten years ago now, too. I'd hate for him to get to the place Stan Lee was at in his final years, where his handlers would trot him out at conventions and literally hold his hand and sign the books for him. So sad. |
