Does anyone know what this is? It looks like Gung Ho and it says Hasbro 1989 on the bottom.

It looks like a micro figure. They were made out of metal and came with Carded G I Joes. In about 2005 there was a resurgence in interest in these, the figures that were released with were selling for big bucks MOC.
Yours looks like it is made of plastic tho. Is it metal or plastic?

i don't remember metal ones. the only ones i had/came across were plastic.
