Well, the Locust went from being tied with the Sky Raven to beating it by 6 votes and the Hammer went from having a one vote lead over the Rage to both of them being beaten by the Hammerhead and Hurricane, which tied for 1st place. Now, it's time to put all the top vote getters into a final poll and see which vehicle really rules 1990.
I'm still going with the Hammer, here. I just really like that vehicle... it was heavily armed and carried a lot of figures and just looked pretty cool. It's only real drawback is that it didn't come with a driver, but that's irrelevant in the vehicle polls, so the Hammer wins it, for me.

The Hammerhead. It was like having an entire collection of vehicles to play with, and it was the closest thing to a Cobra submarine that Hasbro was willing to make at the time (due to concerns over mold lawsuits). The addition of the driver, Decimator, also helps it to secure my vote.

I voted for the Rage. I never had the original but I have the Pursuit of Cobra version repaint and its one of my favorite vehicles of all time. I love the low profile, the insane amount of ordinance, and Alley Vipers look amazing with both versions of the mold. The Alley Viper armor negates the lack of cover for the gunner and copilot as well.
Its so unique but still looks practical and like something that could actually exist on the urban battlefield. Its one of the best land Cobra Vehicles designs of the era alongside the the Hiss and Hiss II. I could see this bad boy rolling down the streets of Springfield, ramming through Joe barricades and streamrolling/crushing anything in its path while blasting away and leaving mines in its wake. |

Surprised that the Rage is winning, even though it finished in fourth place in its own poll.

Voted for the Rage, like last time when i voted for it, it has so much going for it, lots of weapons, unique design, urban assualt vehicle, perfect for the Alley-Vipers and Cobra Shock troopers, this was a mainstay in my Cobra armor division.
