Hey I just picked up a nice-ish skystriker that I want to remove the fins on for storage...any tips or tricks?

Go to yojoe.com and 3djoes.com and study the blueprints. They will give you a good idea for how the parts went on and how they could, if possible, come off. Some of these vehicle parts were not designed to be disassembled once they were put together.
Anytime you take parts off you run the risk of damaging the part or the main vehicle. If they dont look like they will easily pop off, wrap that thing in bubble wrap. First each tail fin then the main body. |
