I don't know a lot about this kind of stuff, but I found them cool so bought them anyway. i have no real knowledge of this kind of thing or if the description was accurate. I find them cool no matter the facts, but was wondering if anyone had any info on them.
Supposedly they are 2005 3 pack and 2004 tru pack test shots from what i gathered. Any help would be appreciated.

As the name implies, these are "test shots" for the 2004 TRU 6 pack Firefly (given deco, could be either the Crimson Set or Anti-Venom) and the 2005 comic book 3 pack Firefly (with remolded head)
Test shots are done early in the production cycle, to ensure all molds are functioning properly before going into full production (it's this stage where mold failures and defects are found, hence why the club solicited for Marauders but didn't know until this stage that various molds were unusable). However, most test shots tend to be in random colors (I presume because flesh and the pale colors are simply plastic bases and easily used for things that tend to be destroyed or recycled), these look like final color pressings, which says to me they were likely swiped from the factory or "garbage grab" depending on what view you have one these.

I really like that all black one. I don't suppose you could swap a Snake Eyes v.1 head onto that to see how that would look, could ya?
